Comment #2 on issue 16212 by jaspradlin: User Scripts not reloaded on
refresh.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16212

This is the case for me only when editing in Textpad. IF I edit in
Notepad, results
are immediate. Both are saving with options set to "PC" and "ANSI", but in
Textpad,
the only way to get the script to load, is to save ANOTHER user script
afterwards.
IT seems that Chrome won't load the last script saved in Textpad, for some
reason. I
have a blank user script that I use to get around this. I add (or remove)
a space
and save it again to act as the "filler" script that doesn't load.

Google Chrome 3.0.195.6 (Official Build 22526)
WebKit 532.0
V8 1.2.14.5
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/532.0
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/3.0.195.6 Safari/532.0
