This is the case for me only when editing in Textpad. IF I edit in Notepad, results are immediate. Both are saving with options set to "PC" and "ANSI", but in Textpad, the only way to get the script to load, is to save ANOTHER user script afterwards. IT seems that Chrome won't load the last script saved in Textpad, for some reason. I have a blank user script that I use to get around this. I add (or remove) a space and save it again to act as the "filler" script that doesn't load.
