New issue 19213 by mattcutts: EEE PC screen resolution is 1024x600. Wrench  
options menu is too tall to fit on screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Click to open the Wrench->Options menu

What is the expected result?
The vertical height of the menu should fit on the screen of netbooks.

What happens instead?
Many EEE/netbook machines have a resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels. The
Wrench->Options menu is about 540 pixels high. That means that the menu
doesn't fully fit on the 600-pixel-high netbook screen; you don't see the
"Close" button when running Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
