Thank you for your bug report and sorry for my slow response.
This issue is caused by legacy code
in "WebKit/WebCore/platform/chromium/PopupMenuChromium.cpp", which uses
KeyDown messages. (This message has been deprecated to make our
keyboard-input code more platform-independent.)
I have filed a bug to WebKit:

quick
fix and a test.
