I'm using Chrome Linux.  Spell checking is enabled for *all* input boxes  
(including
logins, etc.)  I am certain a spell check attribute is not set in most of  
these forms.
Is this another bug?

Also, I am not convinced why I should capitalize search queries in Google.   
(Ignore
this sentence if spell checking is enabled in Google.com merely as a side  
effect of
the aforementioned ignoring of the spell check attribute.)
