What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an application shortcut to a page with a custom icon.
2. Open the application shortcut.
3. Open additional chrome windows, all of which will also carry the
application shortcut's icon.
What is the expected result?
Each individual Chrome window should carry the icon specific to the web
page viewed in the window.
What happens instead?
Each Chrome window carries the icon of the application shortcut that was
opened first.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
