This seems to relate to using height:100% on divs to make them size to the
shape of
their container. I believe in Webkit that empty TDs with a height of 100%
will have a
height of 0px.
I highly suspect that this is related to
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18129
