i couldn't reproduce anything special about pressing F5 but i did repro the
small
window part
i think that's a duplicate of issue 7752 except now we finally have repro
steps :)
just one more thing you need to do to make it work:
first have chrome remember a small restored window (lets say a window size
that start
at the left border of the screen and end before the middle)
chrome uses the size of the saved restored window for that small tab, so if
that size
isn't small you will not see any difference
