DefiaQ: Can you please enable logging and try installing again?

Modify your shortcut adding these flags:

--enable-logging --log-level=0

Then start Chrome. You should see a log file be created in Local  
Settings\Application
Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome-debug.log
