I have confirmed this issue on build 3.0.198.1 (Official Build 23116).
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Launch Chrome on Linux
2. Go to http://blog.163.com/ecy_fu
3. Sign in using the flowing account
>>username: [email protected]
>>password: etouch123
4. Edit one of the blog
5. Try to drag some Chinese characters into the comments input box
6. Observe
Result:
You will see the text dropped in the input box showing as Unicode
Notes:
This issue doesn't happen on Windows, didn't try Mac yet
