Dean volunteered to look at this. I can repro about 25% of the time with:
./webkit/tools/layout_tests/run_webkit_tests.sh --debug
LayoutTests/fast/xmlhttprequest/xmlhttprequest-nonexistent-file.html
LayoutTests/fast/xmlhttprequest/xmlhttprequest-open-after-iframe-onload-remove-
self.html
