Are you talking about a) the window manager decorations/border around the
browser and
the minimize/maximize/close buttons in the upper-right, or b) the tabs
themselves and
the buttons to the left of the omnibox/location bar, or c)
buttons/menus/etc. drawn
within webpages? If it's a), does right-clicking on the area to the right
of the tabs
and checking "Use system title bar and borders" help? If it's c), see
issue 10949.
