Thank you for your bug report and sorry for my slow response.
Have you pinned Chrome before updating it to v3.0.197.11 or pinned Chrome  
after
installing v3.0.197.11?
Also, would it be possible to try the following steps and give me your  
result?
1. Unpin Chrome;
2. Launch Chrome, and;
3. Check whether or not you can see JumpList items.
