lawrencelry, Thank you for your bug report and sorry for my slow response. Technically, this issue seems to be a duplicate of Issue 19421 even though I have not used IMKQIM yet. Even though Issue 19421 only denotes Korean, it may happen any IMEs since it is caused by a race condition of our omnibox code. I have been working for fixing this race condition.
