What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Ctrl + Click on a Bookmark Folder
What is the expected result?
Bookmarks inside the folder shld open in new tabs
What happens instead?
Bookmarks dont open in new tabs , instead the drop-down menu is shown,
which is
annoying for the users which use Ctrl + Click to open links/bookmarks in
new tabs
