New issue 19615 by toakhilesh: Minimize using Win-M causes Chrome to be

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome
2. Open multiple tabs
3. Press Win-M to minimize all windows including Chrome
4. Now click on the Chrome on the taskbar to restore
What is the expected result?
Chrome should restore back
What happens instead?
Chrome does not restore. This happens once or two times in in my day work.
Other times it works as expected.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Windows 7 ultimate RC 64-bit
Version 6.1 (Build 7100)
Not seen this problem with any other application in Windows 7 I am using.
