I can't reproduce this, but the code is sensitive to audio muxing. So its
possible it
will occur with a certain media or codecs. ogv does not seek cleanly on
the video
track, so I would be suspitious that the issue is related to seeks on ogv
files, and
does not affect mp4 or mp3.
I'm using the oggz-merge tool to mux, but ffmpeg or older xiph tools might
mux
differently.
For now, I'm reducing this to priority 2.
