What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new tab
2. Right click anywhere in the blank space
3. The right-click contextual menu appears in the bottom left corner of the  
screen, regardless of
where the browser window is.

What is the expected result?
The right-click menu should appear under the cursor's click area.

What happens instead?
The right-click contextual menu appears in the bottom left corner of the  
screen, regardless of
where the browser window is.
