I've implemented the first part of drag and drop for the download manager
in the DOM
UI for the download page. We still need to implement dragging a download
from the
download shelf.
This is complicated by the fact that the download item on the shelf is an
NSButton
(effectively), which prevents dragging. It looks like the bookmark bar is
also going to
require this dual NSButton /DragSource nature.
