New issue 19690 by dawagner: Omnibox always searches
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19690

Chrome Version : Version: 3.0.198.1-r23116
OS + version : Ubuntu 8.04.1
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): amd64
window manager : Gnome
URLs (if applicable) : All
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Works
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type any URI into the omnibox (e.g. http://www.google.com/)

What is the expected result?
Go to that url

What happens instead?
Go to a Google search for that URL

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
Can get around this by scrolling down the options if the site is listed,
but for my webspace (http://www.danblog.co.uk/) this is not an option.

Will load urls if passed as command lines arguments when running chrome.
