I don't see crash on 2.0.172.42 ( executed the repro steps mentioned
@comment 4).
However, I notice the below issue with this build, which does not reproduce
on ToT(r
23818), that's why I'm not filing this.
Repro:
-Navigate to a page with custom controls (the webpage mentioned in comment
4 is fine)
-Shrink your browser window to get a vertical scrollbar.
Issue: The Vertical scrollbar is not rendered properly.
