[Repro Steps]
1) Login to docs.google.com with Google Account which has recently been
used for
syncing bookmarks
[Actual]
One can see 'Google Chrome' under my folders but no further drop down in
left hand
explorer panel.
[Expected]
It should have all the elements (all the bookmarks and folders) available
under
docs.google.com explorer (left) pane.
