CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit
window manager : Compiz
URLs (if applicable) : e.g. Gmail
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): n/a
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to Gmail
2. Press Shift+C (if keyboard shortcuts are enabled) or Shift+'Click on
Compose Message'.
3. In the opening window click on the title bar and chose "Use system title
bar and borders"

What is the expected result?
A menu or button appears to restore the default look using no title bar.

What happens instead?
No menu or button seems to be available to restore the default look.
