Not quite fixed. Linux has a workaround posted, but I think the ownership
semantics
are odd for the source callback. Plus, we're necessitating a blocking call
in the IO-
thread on windows.
Moving to mstone-4, but we should refactor AudioRendererHost to handle
these lifetimes
better.
