Comment #21 on issue 16802 by [email protected]: Https
causes 'Segmentation fault'
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16802

I looked at some of these crash reports again. I noticed that the ones we
have crash
reports for are all 32-bit ubuntu hardy users. 64 bit users of
google-chrome probably
don't have this issue since they'll use the 32-bit compatibility libraries
we have,
which are presumably new enough not to have the nss bug (I'm making an
assumption that
there's an nss bug). However, nss should have been upgraded for all ubuntu
users in
early August, so this theory doesn't explain why we still have some users
who are
crashing, unless we assume that they haven't their hardy installations yet.
