What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click something on a page
2. Choose "Inspect element"
What is the expected result?
The inspector should open, and navigate to the correct DOM element.
What happens instead?
The inspector opens, but navigates to the <body> element.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This worked in previous versions. (with varying success. some builds would
only correctly navigate if the inspector was already open)
