ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/bash-1.14.1-1.14.2.diff works
_with_ or _without_ using the --new-ftp flag?
Specifically, for all issues with label:NewFTP, we want to ensure they work
with
--new-ftp, ie. using the new cross-platform FTP code.
