What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to buy books on varsitybooks.com
2. Impossible to check out due to certain check out boxes and other things
that didn't display properly / work properly.

What is the expected result?
Boxes and features pop up correctly.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I only saw this issue second hand but if anybody could reproduce it they
may be able to explain the issue with greater clarity. You don't actually
have to buy books, but create an account and get to the checkout and you'll
see the issue (try on both Chrome and IE, IE to see what it should look
like). The version build above is the build on the computer that I saw the
issue on.
