New issue 20108 by dawagner: Occasionally background page "is not available" http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20108 Chrome Version : <include svn revno; e.g. 4.0.202.2-r23795 OS + version : Ubuntu 8.04.1 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64 window manager : Gnome Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Have not yet encountered the problem, but it is very much an occasional thing What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Load chrome with an extension with a background page What is the expected result? The background page loads What happens instead? Occasionally (rarely, but enough that it has happened to me several times), inspecting the background page gives a "chrome-extension://aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/background.html is not available" page. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible.
