I can reproduce it reliably, can someone else confirm this?
Just double clicking the title bar should do it?
I've just checked on my other system over remote desktop which doesn't
replicate, so
I've attached my direct X diag log spew.
The short version is:
Vista Intel Core 2 Duo T5670 @ 1.80 GHz (2 CPUs) 2038MB ram
Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family
Driver: igdumd32.dll Version 7.14.0010.1437
