I've been seeing this as well since about 8/23. However, for me using "open link in new tab" from the context menu results in a correctly rendered page, whereas cmd+click often results in a blank page. This seems to reproduce most reliably when cmd+clicking links from Google Reader, links from other pages render properly more often.
