Uh, unfortunate timing. It looks like the release was cut in the short
time that idle
notifications were enabled with a V8 version before 1.3.8. If you have idle
notifications turned on in the renderer, you need to move to V8 revision
1.3.8.1
(tr...@2766).
We should have been better at communicating this. Sorry about that.
