What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get an old PC, or load a lot of fat apps, so it gets high CPU and memory
usage
2. Click in a tab
3. Instead of opening the clicked tab, the tab is dragget out of the window
What is the expected result?
Just change the active tab
What happens instead?
Tab is dragged out of the window, becoming a new window
