What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chromium (so that you have New Page & Chromium Dev Build Warning)
tabs
2. Close the 2nd tab
3. Create new tab
4. Click on 1st tab
What is the expected result?
The tab strips are painted properly
What happens instead?
Both tabs look selected (tab strip doesn't seem to get refreshed)
