Comment #24 on issue 567 by alex.fanjul: Remember zoom ratio on a site basis
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=567
Yea, (due to new age big screen resolutions) this issue is one of the most
important
issues that makes people not to have chrome as default browser. The best,
simpler,
and quicker solution to accomplish this is to have a default zoom level in
the whole
chrome context. That is sufficient enough for most people and there is No
need to
remember history of pages and zoom, etc. Lets think in more complicated
solutions for
future. Maybe (apart from preferences page) let some clickable button/label
in bar to
let people change default zoom level with two clicks. I attach a simple
mockup
