I can't repro this. i.e. I had two tabs (in different renderer processes)
and paused
one of the processes, then closed both of them starting with the hung
process. The
other tab closed right away.
perhaps your test had them both running in the same process, and there was
a long
running script in an unload handler in the first tab (i.e. similar to bug
7823).
