New issue 20776 by sdrinf: Middle click on back/forward button should open
a new tab
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20776

Chrome Version : 4.0.203.2
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4:
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://www.google.com/
2. left-click (navigate to) "About Google"
3. Middle-click on the back button

What is the expected result?
http://www.google.com opens on a new tab; "About Google" page remains open
on the same tab

What happens instead?
Nothing. Mouse button is currently unassigned.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This seems a straightforward usability improvement; similar improvement
could be made for the forward button.
