What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Chrome theme too grey scale (did not test other themes)

What is the expected result?
Tabs that are not in focus use the theme's color (a grey variant IIRC)

What happens instead?
Tabs that are not in focus appear blue (like in Chrome's default theme)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
