Chrome Version : 3.0.195.10 (Build oficial 24604)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open browser.
2. Click on wrench icon.
What is the expected result?
Don't show 'amp;'.
What happens instead?
If you use spanish version, you see 'amp;' on sites that do not correspond.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
