It could be same/related issue.
-Launch Chrome with clean profile.
-Try to swap the two default thumbnails: about the swap/just swapped, hit
F5 to
refresh the page.
Some times, I will get the broken image or some time the thumbnail will
disappear --
see 1st attachment.
And we can notice one more issue here:
-Swap the two thumbnails and immediately drag one of the thumbnails to the
empty
thumbnail's frames.
As shown in the 2nd screenshot, the dragged images goes beyond the empty
frame,
instead of over the empty frame.
