Chrome Version : 2.0.172.43 (Official Build ) URLs (if applicable) : http://www.octgn.net/ Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 4: Firefox 3.x: OK IE 7: OK IE 8: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to address bar 2. Type in OCTGN.net 3. What is the expected result? The blue background should load all the way down. What happens instead? Blue Background loads after the content then stops, and leaves white background remaining. This seems to happen on a lot of websites where after the content is done on the website it will just stop the background color. Please provide any additional information below.
