New issue 21031 by [email protected]: Moving from the 'wrench' menu to
the 'blank page' menu should open the 'blank page' menu and vice versa
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21031

Chrome Version : 4.0.203.2
URLs (if applicable) : n/a
Other browsers tested: n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the wrench menu
2. Move your mouse to the 'blank page' menu

What is the expected result?
To open the 'blank page' menu when the mouse moves from the (opened) wrench
menu to the 'blank page' menu
AND
To open the 'wrench' menu when the mouse moves from the (opened) 'blank
page' menu to the 'wrench' menu

What happens instead?
Previous menu stays opened

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I like the behavior of the menu strip on top of most applications, that
when you have menu A opened and you move to menu B then menu B opens and A
closes.
