New issue 21065 by astronouth7303: GTK Theme import has odd effect with
dark themes.

Chrome Version : 4.0.203.2 (Official Build 24690)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a dark theme into GTK (eg DarkRoom)
2. Open Google Chrome Options, the Personal Stuff tab
3. Click Set to GTK+ Theme
What is the expected result?
Coherent color scheme
What happens instead?
The default sky blue non-active tabs and window decorations (see attached)
