Mmm, for me this seems to work right now with version 4.0.203.2 on Windows XP SP3 32 bit, with the flag --wininet-ftp The URL http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp? lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=306510&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=377934&swLang=8&taskId= 135&swEnvOID=228 Then clicking the download button starts the download.
