Chrome Version : 3.0.195.10 (Official Build 24604) URLs (if applicable) : NA What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Make sure that there is no other new tab open in Chrome. 2. Open new tab (either from Ctrl+T, Plus icon, or from the "New Tab" in the Wrench menu) What is the expected result? New tab opens fast. What happens instead? It opens slowly. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. After opening a new tab, consecutive new tab creating will open the new tab in no time. I have to get at least one new tab open to get the speed. But closing that new tab will yield to the same slowness when trying to open other new tab. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
