i can certainly confirm this issue
docked a tab to the bottom, resized it to be small enough (to simulate the
right
resolution+netbook screen), wrench menu.. *poof*
because of issue 15443 (the download bar menu) i already think twice before
using the
down arrow menu, this is even worst
