What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Schwab.com look at Mortgage accounts and click on it
2. Go to Firstib.com enter userid and password and answer challenge
questions
What is the expected result?
1) You should get to your mortgage account details
2) You should get to your Firstib account
What happens instead?
1) You get an error message saying your action cannot be completed
2) You get the login screen again
This has something to do with the way the websites are transferring control
to another website to display the information.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
