I asked jrg about this. If the basic auth prompt was app-modal, this would
be expected
behavior. But by making the sheet tab-modal, we no longer have an
app-modal dialog up,
so perhaps we should allow Quit.
Note that the user can close the tab without entering anything into the
sheet. This
definitely seems inconsistent with not being able to quit the app, so one
of the
behaviors seems like it should change.
