IE 8:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start Chrome
2. open a second window
3. watch CPU usage increase
What is the expected result?
Chrome uses minimal CPU when idle
What happens instead?
Since getting updated to 4.0.206.1 Chrome has been using high CPU as soon
as I open a second tab. See screenshot. CPU usage will start at 0, then
over then next 30 seconds or so go to 100%, then go back to 0 and repeat.
Sometimes also stays at 100% for longer. Running XP SP2.
(I'll have to uninstall and switch to the beta channel)
