I wouldn't say things are inconsistent, all Menubar menus are now in Mac
case.
As I understand it, the current plan is to share the other strings, so they
will follow the
same case as the other platforms. Shipping this to the scrub for
confirmation that
things are good or that we do want to do different menu items in all places.
