What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a file
2. Without clicking, attempt to ctrl-w, ctrl-t, etc.
3.
What is the expected result?
Tab closes, new tab opens, etc.
What happens instead?
Nothing.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Fucntionality returns when clicking in the window, but it is extremely
annoying to always have to reach for the mouse when it should be possible
to just hit a key combo (esp ctrl-w).
